In this conversation, entrepreneurs in India talk frankly about the challenges, losses and successes of running a startup during a global pandemic. Not surprising, the nearly crippling economic losses forced them to reassess how they could—and should—pivot to new strategies to better their services and strengthen their companies and customer relationships. Across the board, participants describe hard choices made under duress, noting that despite global tragedy, they emerged stronger, leaner, and more impactful. What comes in the next couple of years is far more hopeful than anticipated.
