As a Corporate Paralegal at Flourish Ventures, Audrey supports the firm’s legal team across venture financings, contract management, corporate governance, and entity administration. She plays an important role in helping the legal function operate efficiently across both the firm and its portfolio.
Prior to joining Flourish, Audrey was a Corporate Paralegal at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, where she supported mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital transactions, and other complex corporate matters. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade as a Legal Assistant supporting corporate and litigation practices at law firms and a private family office.
Audrey earned a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of Georgia. Her legal experience spans venture capital, corporate transactions, governance, and entity management, bringing a strong operational foundation to Flourish’s legal team.
