Charlee supports Flourish and its portfolio companies in building strong, people-centered organizational cultures. As People Operations Manager, she plans company events, helps manage compliance systems, and supports the development of key human resources functions for both the Flourish team and our entrepreneurs.
Prior to stepping into her full-time role, Charlee served as a contract executive administrative assistant to several Flourish team members. Before her freelance work, she was an Account and Operations Manager at The Social Project, a marketing agency, where she worked closely with client CEOs and founders.
Charlee holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Washington State University, where she graduated with honors. She put herself through college while modeling in New York and traveling internationally with various brands. Outside of work, Charlee enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, their young child, and friends.
