Charlee helps Flourish and our portfolio companies build strong organizational cultures. As a People Operations Associate, she plans events, helps run compliance systems, and assists with developing major human resource functions – both for the Flourish team and our entrepreneurs.
Prior to her full-time role, Charlee was a contract executive administrative assistant for several Flourish team members. She also contracted with bridal gown design group Desiree Harstock as a social media coordinator. Before her freelance work, Charlee was an account and operations manager at The Social Project, a marketing agency where she worked directly with client CEOs and founders.
She has a bachelors in communications from Washington State University, where she graduated with honors. Charlee put herself through college while modeling in New York and traveling the world with different brands. She still enjoys travel, as well as spending time with her husband, their young child, and friends.
