Charlee is People Operations Manager at Flourish Ventures, where she supports the firm and its portfolio companies in building strong, people-centered organizational cultures. She plans company events, helps manage compliance systems, and supports the development of key human resources functions for both the Flourish team and its entrepreneurs.
Prior to stepping into her full-time role, Charlee served as a contract executive administrative assistant to several Flourish team members. Before that, she was an Account and Operations Manager at The Social Project, a marketing agency, where she worked closely with client CEOs and founders.
Charlee holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Washington State University, where she graduated with honors.
