As Flourish's leading investor in Latin America, and with a background as an entrepreneur, investor, operator, and business consultant, Diana brings a wide breadth of experience to managing Flourish’s investments in the region. This includes working closely with the founding teams of rising fintechs such as Kamino, Heru, Neon and Swap, among others.
Before joining Flourish as an Associate, Diana oversaw strategy and business development for Picap, a Colombian motorcycle ride-hailing and last-mile logistics startup. Previously, she co-founded and led Impulsum Capital, an impact investing vehicle for family offices in Colombia. A strategic advisor to social impact startups, incubators, and industry ecosystem organizations, Diana was part of the co-founding team of what it is now the Diversity VC LatAm chapter, an initiative to create a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive VC sector.
