Garret is a Senior Associate with the Finance & Operations team at Flourish Ventures, supporting financial planning and analysis, investment management, and accounting for the firm. He leads initiatives to enrich the valuation process and analyze performance metrics across the portfolio, and supports the annual audit.
Before joining Flourish, Garret worked in RSM's M&A transaction advisory group, performing due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions for high-growth, middle-market businesses. Prior to RSM, he was a manager at Andersen Tax LLC, where he led client engagements with venture capital and private equity funds, high-net-worth individuals, and multinational corporations.
Garret is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from San Jose State University.
