Karen is involved in all aspects of the investment process in Latin America, including sourcing opportunities, evaluating investments, and executing deals. As a senior investment analyst, she also works to explore new investment themes and to connect founders with valuable resources across the Flourish and broader fintech ecosystems.
Karen joins our team with a strong foundation in global financial markets, having previously worked at Banco Santander in New York within the Trade Finance division. At Santander, she structured a variety of liquidity solutions for corporates, providing her deep exposure to cross-border capital flows, credit structuring, and the evolving needs of enterprise clients operating in increasingly digital ecosystems.
Karen studied at New York University, Stern School of Business, and graduated with a B.S. in business and political economy and minor in social entrepreneurship.
