As Senior Vice President of Finance & Operations, Larry directs Flourish Ventures’ investment process, finance, portfolio management, technology, and facilities. Since the launch of the firm’s evergreen fund in 2019, he has built Flourish’s finance and operations structure from the ground up, recruiting a world-class team and supporting a growing portfolio of more than 70 companies.
Larry’s vision for a digital-first finance infrastructure enabled the Flourish team and its portfolio companies across six continents to seamlessly rise to new challenges in the COVID-19 environment. Under his leadership, operations became the nucleus of Flourish’s global network uniquely positioning the company to meet unprecedented economic turbulence, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Larry brings a deep background in finance, operations, and venture capital to Flourish. Previously, as a finance director he managed equity investments and M&A strategy for Intel Capital. As an investment advisor and board member, Larry has worked with numerous portfolio companies spanning multiple stages, verticals, and business models. He has an MBA degree from Case Western Reserve University.
