As Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Larry leads Flourish Ventures’ global investment operations, finance, portfolio management, and technology functions. Since the launch of the firm’s evergreen fund in 2019, he has built its finance and operations infrastructure from the ground up, assembling a high-performing team that supports a portfolio of more than 90 fintech companies across six continents.
Larry has designed and scaled a digital-first finance and operations platform that helps Flourish manage a growing base of capital while maintaining strong governance, compliance, and efficient investment execution. He previously served as a finance director at Intel Capital, where he managed equity investments and M&A strategy and advised portfolio companies as an investment advisor and board member, and he holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
