Diana

Diana is Flourish Ventures' leading investor in Latin America, bringing a wide breadth of experience as an entrepreneur, investor, operator, and business consultant to managing the firm's investments in the region, where she works closely with the founding teams of rising fintechs such as Kamino, Heru, Neon, and Swap.

Before joining Flourish as an Associate, Diana oversaw strategy and business development for Picap, a Colombian motorcycle ride-hailing and last-mile logistics startup. Previously, she co-founded and led Impulsum Capital, an impact investing vehicle for family offices in Colombia, where she fundraised from angel investors globally and built a portfolio of mission-driven, early-stage companies. She has worked in every major economy in Latin America, including stints with McKinsey in Mexico and JPMorgan in Brazil, and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Diana was also part of the co-founding team of what is now the Diversity VC LatAm chapter, an initiative to create a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive venture capital sector.

Diana holds a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Cornell University, and is an alumna of Stanford University's VC Unlocked program.
