Philippe is part of the U.S. investment team at Flourish, where he sources deals, evaluates investment opportunities, and partners with portfolio companies on their growth journeys. Before joining Flourish, he worked at L.E.K. Consulting, where he advised early-stage startups through Fortune 500 tech firms on growth strategy. He now brings that experience to entrepreneurs creating accessible, resilient, and impactful financial technology.
Philippe earned his BA in Economics from the University of Chicago. Beyond Flourish, he serves on the board of the San Francisco Autism Society, where he is focused on building a sustainable operating model that serves the Bay Area Autism Community.
