Ravi leads Flourish Ventures' fintech investments and manages the firm's portfolio across India and Southeast Asia, bringing critical operational experience in scaling technology companies and broad investment knowledge to founder partners across the region.
Before joining Flourish, Ravi was CFO at Agro.Club, a global full-stack B2B grain marketplace transforming how farmers and buyers trade grain, where he led fundraising and oversaw operations across five geographies. He brings 15 years of investing experience across private equity and venture capital, and was previously a founding member and General Partner at WaterBridge Ventures, leading early-stage investments in fintech, B2B eCommerce, edtech, and other sectors.
Ravi holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from VTU and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
