Shivam is an Investor at Flourish Ventures. Based in Bengaluru, he focuses on investments across India and Southeast Asia.
Over the past six years, Shivam has worked closely with founders building businesses across financial services, AI, software, and emerging technologies. His investing experience spans India, Southeast Asia, and the US, covering pre-Seed to Series B, alongside hands-on portfolio support, ecosystem building, and investment thesis development.
Prior to Flourish Ventures, Shivam was a founding member of Dallas Venture Capital's India team, where he helped establish the firm's investment activities and presence in the region while working across the US–India AI and SaaS startup corridor. He was also an Investor at Bharat Innovation Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm, where he focused on fintech and SaaS investments.
